That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I bump into an useful answer. You should email the people at iPage as they probably could answer your iPage question..
This issue has little to do with configure.php files or any other setup. it is caused by:.
1. you have links to other iPage website that uses http://;.
2. you link to your images using full url path including the.
You need to look at the page source to see if there is any links as mentioned above. basically, do not refer to your images using the full url, always use the osc's tep_image function, which generates a relative path to the images folder such as images/my-prodict-image.jpg..
I'd try what Miss Anthony suggested..
Non HTTPS links won't cause the non-secure message, just content (images and scripts)..
Your image links are all OK as far as I can tell. I'm not in a position to look at your stylesheet now, but will later..
Your Google Analytics script however will cause the non-secure message..
Here is a way to avoid that:.
Google Analytrcs and SSL..
Hello all .....
- I change my iPage site to ny is no external link..
- I have to remove Google Analytics script.
- I 've change.
Define ( 'HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'www.dailynaturalproducts.com');.
Define ( 'HTTPS_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'www.dailynaturalproducts.com');.
My pictures all have a local link to my site.
I changed the file application_top.php.
$ request_type = (getenv ( 'HTTPS') =='1 ')? 'SSL': 'NONSSL';.
Its still not working?.
Thank you for your kindness..
Here is some of the evidence that you or something in your iPage site are using full url to your images:.
You are a victim of some sort of template system without you realising it. I have tackled this sort of iPage site quite a few times. there is NO other place you need to look at...
I meant nonssl urls on a secure page..
I remove all I lesse only original element of OScommerce. If you tested at https: / / www.dailynaturalproducts.com / login.php it's still not working .... you have other clues to help .... thank you..
Because the image links aren't the problem..
At least not on the home page..
Miss Anthony posted what the problem is on your SSL pages:.
Until that is corrected it won't work..
It should be:.
And you're half right Google Analytiics..
There is this in your source:.
_uacct = "UA-3874199-8";.
But that won't cause SSL problems...
I can not find or save the link.
Or change this option?.
I'm not going to get in a pi$$ing contest with anyone..
That's counter productive and is just a waste of time..
There's obvioulsy a difference of opinion as to exactly what the problem is..
Decide if you want my help, or you want Ken..
Both of us can't be right, and trying to listen to both of us would not work in your favor because you'd be going in opposite directions..
Either way is fine with me...
I have worked hard to change eereurs iPage website For the SSL certification..
My recent problems..
In the transaction ....
Https: / / www.dailynaturalproducts.com / login.php.
I have always this message warning that said''Show element secure and non-secure''.
If I said yes I did not lock my safety in my page..
If I said no to the message. I lock my certification. But I do not have my images button navigation..
Thank you all for your help...
