First off, What is the nutrition information for Nutrisystem Meals? Hoping for any response. Another question I got... Running my second 5k this Saturday morning, only trouble is that we have major rain forecast for late tomorrow night and all day Saturday. AFAIK the event is rain or shine, so I'm going for it regardless of the weather.

I'm expecting to break the 26min barrier, and hoping to somehow break the 25 min barrier, but don't hold your breath on that one. I'll let you guys know later Saturday how it goes.....

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I bump into an decent answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could assist you..

It's 5:50 here and pouring, but we're still going to go for it! Race starts at 7:30.....

I made it, although they pulled a fast one us and changed the length to 4 miles, so about 6.5k. I came in 6th again in my age group, running a 31:40 which put me at 7:55 per mile. At that pace I'd have run under 24:30 in a 5k!! My first mile was a 7:25, they had someone there calling times. I'm pretty stoked!..

31:40 for 6.5K??.

I'd be happy with that time for a 5K!! Man, you're some kinda runner! Way to go, Rads!!.

Nice job Bill! I can't believe they changed the length of the race, but way to adapt and hit an impressive time!.

Congratulations! You may need to adjust your goal for your next 5k..
