It's 5:50 here and pouring, but we're still going to go for it! Race starts at 7:30.....
I made it, although they pulled a fast one us and changed the length to 4 miles, so about 6.5k. I came in 6th again in my age group, running a 31:40 which put me at 7:55 per mile. At that pace I'd have run under 24:30 in a 5k!! My first mile was a 7:25, they had someone there calling times. I'm pretty stoked!..
31:40 for 6.5K??.
