Good question... I dunno what is the answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I got an anything. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you help..

Wow... what an amazing journey your are on :).

I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling but I'm sure it isn't easy! What's been working for you? I was telling a friend the other day (who is really challenged on a lot of levels) to list some things that work towards her success... Certainly to illustrate an accomplishment but also to learn what is working for her and to make it a habit..

My.

Surgery.

Was xmas eve 2009, so, I'm 10 months out. Some of my secrets....ummmm..

1. I drink a lot of skinny starbucks drinks.....LOTS!.

2. I weigh myself daily. I don't get too upset about anything, but when I gain that 5 pounds......I definately get STRICT with myself..

3. I try to be normal. I went 6 months without eating a single carb, but I began to think that never eating a carb again as long as I live is just not rational. So, No noodles, no pop, no milkshakes, but I do eat a slice of toast or oatmeal every once in a while..

4. I'm not an.

Exercise.

Aholic. I move alot, I'm very active with my kids and work, but I don't go to the gym 4 hours a day 7 days a week. AGAIN, not rational..

5. When I feel as though I may be gaining a little, or haven't been doing well (too much sweets/bread...I don't dump!) I up my protein intake..
