Good question... I dunno what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an anything. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably can answer it..
I find checking out the "Daily Dose" and collecting clicks on a daily basis to help keep me in check! Good Luck!..
Did the same thing although I didnt come back fast enough. I gained almost all of the 100+ lbs I lost. Back on board for the second try. Good luck on your second journey..
Back on the wagon myself...need to lose those final 20....Have been bad and succumbed to all the holiday goodies..Luckily have not gained but a couple of lbs. It is amazing how the weight will creep back on though.....
While you may be ticked off at yourself for putting back some of your lost adipose, don't dwell on it. Dwelling on the lbs you gained back is like focusing on having gotten fat in the first place instead of the fact that you have decided to do something about it. Determine why you allowed yourself to slack off (was it planned, complacency, lack of vigilance, etc.) and get on with the job at hand...
Yes Michael I just took a break. When I gained the first 20 back I thought I could take it off easy The first week I would drop 10 and then it would just be another 10. I let it go awhile longer and there was no way back until I hit bottom(or top). My first problem was all the compliments I was getting. I felt good and people said I looked good. Actually I was still 289 lbs fat!.
So I took a break from the program tried to maintain that weight planning to start again in a few months. That didn't work so well..
Anyway Michael you seem to be doing well since I last saw you on these boards. I have a long way to catch up to you again..
Remember, John, it's not a race. That's why I personally don't do challenge. It's about finding a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. You'll get back there soon enough...
