Have just got my client's shop up & running and discovered the message: "Error: Backup directory does not exist. Please set this in configure.php." when I go to 'Tools' in osC admin..
Can't see what I need to do in configure.php..
Any assistance appreciated..
You need to manually create your backups folder in your catalog directory and chmodd it correctly...
