Quick question: Whats better weight watchers or Nutrisystem? Looking forward for any answer. Second question.. Well, it seems a common theme. I too have just returned to the Nutrisystem fold after more than 2 weeks of vacation eating. I managed to gain almost 1 lb/day.

Ticker does not show it all due to weigh-in day vagaries, but peaked out Monday morning at 206..

It was largely intentional. This beach vacation was my motivational goal from day 1. I met and exceeded my goal and set this vacation time aside to reaquaint myself with ALL the favorite foods and gain 10 lbs. I met and exceeded.

Goal as well..

Anyway - getting back on the wagon. Pretty much looking forward to it..

Going forward, my goal for August is to get below 200 again and for September to get back to my prior low of 191..

Beyond that, my goal is to continue mostly on-plan and continue with working out both for muscle maint and for running until residual fat spots go away. Not sure what final weight will be, but should see that by year-end. I'm thinking now it may be in the 180's. Maybe get a 100 lb bear?.

Knowing that I have not managed to learn how to do it on my own, I intend to continue using the Nutrisystem "crutch" and this board and ticker for continued accountability for the long haul ..

Anywho, now begins Phase II of my journey! Yahoo, Buckaroo!!.

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I find an anything. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could help you..

Weight changes seem to track like the price of gasoline around here. Takes weeks or months to drop a little then bang, it's up again in a heartbeat..

I'm sure you'll achieve your new goals in Phase II, Gordon. Please continue to show us the way...

Me too Gordon. At least you caught yourself before you slipped too far. I'm still not back to my low weight, but I'm getting there. It sure as hell goes on a lot easier than it comes off. I've almost resigned myself to the fact that I can not do this without the Nutrisystem crutch..

Here's to Gittin' er Dun!..

I will say it again Gordon; I appreciate your attitude. I don't know if I could have done it, but I appreciate your reality and honesty to yourself...

Amen, Damon!.

Just fwiw, I did not consider these 2 weeks a slip as much as an intentional long-term deviation to eat unrestrained and see what happens. I found out!.

It's kinda scary..

If I ever slip and start putting it on.

Intentionally, you've got my permission to kick my fat butt all over the place!.

We've come too far to go back now, partner..

Gordo, I'm with you man...within 1 pound of goal and 4 pounds of all time low after being back from vacation for 10 days. BTW, I don't see Nutrisystem as a crutch. I see it as a convenience. Perfect portions that I don't have to think about. Have a great one buddy...
