And I am so so so NAUSEOUS, I feel a little hungry but my mind is telling me if I dare eat anything then I will be hugging the toilet :(. Any advice would surely be appreciated? I have a empty sick feeling in my tummy and I am able to get liquids down just not the correct amount. Also I start purees tomorrow and I need some tips on good FLAVORFUL things...

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I discover an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could assist you..

Perhaps try a comfort Medifast food that you like and make it pureed? I agree one day early would be okay. A comfort Medifast food for me would be cream of chicken or chicken noodle. The saltiness seems to sooth my stomach (pouch)..

Were you given meds for nausea? If so, take it, if not call your doctor or nutritionist to see if your doctor will prescribe one..

I'm with Steve,, chili is my go to Medifast food also.. I did puree it for the first week, but then ate it without the blender.. Just chew well!.

, sugar free jello and sugar free jello pudding, start real slow, eat just a little at a time good luck hang in there you'll do great...

I started my puree time two days early because I was ready to try something a little more substantive. I'm fine although I have my follow-up tomorrow. We also need to listen to our bodies. I had pureed refried FF beans and felt like I died and went to heaven. Another thing that tasted so good was cottage cheese w/mashed peaches (about a teaspoon). Measuring is so important for me because I don't get a "full or hungry" feeling yet...

Agreed... cheat! Pick a creamed soup that sounds good or sugar free pudding and get to chewin'!!..
