My first question is What's the best content manager in iPage's hosting options? Thanks for any answer or 2. Second question.. I was searching around and saw a thread that stated that PayPal would no longer require users to sign up if they wanted to pay by credit cards! This would make it mucho easier for us who don't like paying fee's for something we rarely use!.

Did anything ever come of this, and how can I accept credit card payments such as this?.

I'm going to install the PayPal IPN thing today, that a very cool guy made for OSCOM, perhaps that'll do it..

Also, when I want to enable the IPN on my PayPal options page, whats the URL that I link back to, below the Yes/No on the PayPal page, for it to rediret to?.

Thanks folks, I'd appreciate any help you can offer!..

Good question... I dunno what is the right answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an good answer. You should email the people at iPage as they probably can answer it..

I know this, I'm talking about using a totally separate service for people who don't have PayPal but still want to pay with credit card..

Take a look, www.v3leds.com.

Try to checkout and tell me if the option that says "If you have never payed with paypal click here" is the one that gives them the option to create an account after they have finished payment...

By default, anyone that selects to purchase with paypal at *any* shop, can now do so without creating an account. PayPal rolled this out a couple ofweeks ago..

But I'm not sure how that pertains to saving any money on fees...

But wheres the option? Is it the option that I mentioned?.

Forget the fee comment. I never typed it!..

Yes, that will take them there. The reason you are getting that screen is because you have a cookie on your machine from PayPal. If you hadn't ever been to PayPal, the screen is a bit different, and on the left it will say:.

If you don't have a PayPal account.

And want to pay with a credit card:.

[[ Continue Checkout ]].

That is text, then a button..

On the right side of the screen is the text:.

"If you have a PayPal account, login now:".

Email Address:[_________].

PayPal Password:[_________].

You can test this several ways:.

-delete all of your cookies and try it.

-order something, and then at the screen just before going to PayPal, change your settings so that cookies are not accepted, and you will get that screen..

-do this from a machine that you've never used to access a PayPal account..

Thanks Frank, I appreciate it!.

Does PayPal do anything with electronic cheques (without having a PP account) or is there a way I can accept them at a low charge?.

Regaurds..

Please note that for non-US merchants, buyer sign up is still required. We are working to roll the new payment process out to non-US merchants..

Also, there are no sign up or monthly fees with PayPal so you need not worry about shoppers incurring PayPal fees...
