Got a question, hope someone can answer... Whats you favorite Medifast recipes, when it comes to cookies and cakes? Thanks in advance for any comment. Another quick question... Kind of a gross subject but I am really curious about throwing up and think that maybe I am 'broken'..

, if I was sick, my whole stomach contents would be in the toilet - I could literally tell you everything that I ate. Now, I get nauseous and know that if I would throw up, I would feel much better. But I can't. I get frothing - which I understand is very common and will eventually go away. But the only thing coming up is the 'froth'. I know Medifast food is in there because I just ate it...why won't it come back up if it is not agreeing with me..

I was just curious as to what everyone else was experiencing with the whole throwing up thing. Am I broken?.

Thanks and sorry for the gross subject but I know that I can be blunt in here with you guys..

I froth all the time....mostly when I eatt to fast or something my pouch doesn't like well. Sometimes I go days and will, then things get to normal and I won't do it for awhile...but I can tell you this....if I trace it back to what I've eaten, 9 x out of 10 it's something that i've eaten and I didn't chew it up good,..

So true upnorthguy I had that problem with the foamies then I got to the point where I would make it come up because I couldnt stand the way I felt but forcing myself to throwup was a pain in the butt so the I discovered water I would drink some and that was the trick..

My doc said if you get froathies try drinking warm water with lemon 30 mons before each meal. I am 3 weeks post op and have been thorwing up at least once a day. If I eat too fast or too much I throw up just a bit and feel fine. If I eat something that (apparently) I am no longer able to eat - haddock - I throw up and instanly feel like I have the flu. I.

This goes away soon and I figure things out. Kinda hard to enjoy the new me when I always have my head in the toilet...
