I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I got an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could answer your Medifast question..

Stay on this path Mapajo, and you will blow my pre-op weight loss record to hell and Back.....

I did 127 pounds pre-op.....

I am 2 and1/2 weeks out and I have done somewhere close to 20 pounds...but I had a slow start, as I had to shed off the 25 pounds of fluids from my 12 days in the hospital...that was so so not fun...I felt like a marshmallow..

But things are moving so much better now, because I am home, and not plugged up to stuff...I have been home 8 days, and have lost 14 pounds.....

RNY coming up on 10-12-10..

6 days and counting......

RNY on 2/10/10. Total lost so far (including pre-op) 150 lbs, so I'm half the woman I used to be (yes, that means I weigh 150)!.

Not sure how much more I should lose. Before.

Surgery.

Nut said I should be 125. Doctor thought I would end up at 160. I'm still losing 1-3 lbs a week, so I guess I'll just ride it out and see where I land. Saw dr at my surgeons office this week and she said my body composition, percent fat, etc was now in the healthy range even though my BMI is still higher than healthy..

Feeling great!..

Congrats on your success so far! I am actually only a week post-op. Since my.

Surgery.

Last Tuesday I have lost 13 lbs. Pre-op I had lost 63 lbs. Besides being a little bit sore and sleepy I am feeling fantastic. I know this is way early to say this but I in no way regret my decision. I am already off all my meds (minus the.

Albuterol.

Inhaler.

Which is to be used as needed instead of daily). I had no complications during.

Surgery.

My blood pressure kept dropping below 70 but that was related to the anesthetic. I had the Roux-En-Y procedure laparoscapically and the incisions have healed very well. I give my team a lot of credit b/c they are wonderful in every single aspect. I am honestly blessed, fortunate, and extremely content with my decision so far..

Have Pulmonary exam and tests left and need to meet with the surgeon again before submitting to insurance. I only lost 3 pounds pre op. Meeting with my nut tomorrow for some guidance,.

Still undecided between the band and sleeve. RNY is out..

Hang in there mapajo and congrats to everyone who is losing. Best wishes to all hitting the bumps in your road to weight loss..

Hope.

Its all smooth sailing for now on!..
