And now 4 weeks later I have slipped in under the 400 mark at 399. Threeocity is a nice place to visit but I'm planning to live in Twoderville ...

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I discover an anything. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably know..

Stay on the "Threeocity" highway and you will be in "Twoterville" before you know it. Then you can make a pit stop, on the way to "Onderland!".

People would think we are crazy...lol..

Big congratulations!. I too, will soon "officially" be Threeocity. I started out at 497.1. I'm still pre-op, but have been losing weight on the pre-op Medifast diet and by doing a lot of exercize. Next time I step on the scale, I expect to see "4" at the front no more. My goal, as well, is to live in Twoderville.

Surgery.

Date. Keep rocking it Spidey.....
