I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I discover an good answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably know..
Thanks for letting us know you are doing well. Us pre-ops need to hear that. Continue to take care and be good to yourself. It's okay to take it easy too!..
Keep up the good work but don't overdo it...remember you got your whole life ahead of you now..
I haven't been here to support you. But I am and will now!.
Well done. Keep up the good work and know your limits too!.
Steve, thanks for letting us know how you are doing. With my.
Tomorrow, it is comforting to know that it can be a smooth ride...
Good Luck, keep up the good work but don't overdue the first couple weeks, it does get easier...
Congrats Steve..be careful and be good to yourself. My.
Is in the am..see you soon :) Skye..
The sharp edges on half pills or diced pills may be an irritant to your new pouch. You might try just smashing them. I know the taste is probably awful, but you can perhaps swallow them with a protein shake.....
Nice to know you are doing good and it is going to be getting even better when the pounds start melting off. Which pill did you choke on we cant have any of that going on is there a liquid or chewable form...
So far, so good. Over did it yesterday,.
Too much, eased through yesterday, feeling better today. Keeping Medifast food (liquids) down, sipping water constantly, only thing that has nauseated me so far was decaff.
Got choked on half a pill last night, gagged and thought I was going to die when my stomach muscles tightened up..
Feel good enough to play on the PC a bit. I would really like to thank everyone for the hugs and messages of encouragement. Without y'all, I don't know where I would be...
Put the pills, or the pill dust I should say in sugar free yogurt, pudding, jello...whatever,,,I can't call it cause you are already doing full liquids in only a few days...I find that to be so strange...My practice is straight clear liquids the entire first week....
Some people have all the luck...but you absolutely should watch trying to take chunks of pills so soon...that could lead to big problems...just my 2 cents worth.....
I am 4 days out as well.I walked a bit today, tired as hell though...
Glad to know you're doing well! Makes me feel a little less nervous!.
Congratulations on your success, I.
That you continue to have success...thanks for sharing your an encouragement to us all!!.
Good to hear you're doing so well. Gives a girl.
For the near future. My doc says I can take small pills one at a time as soon as I get home... Not the same for everyone I know... guess i'll have to feel it out and see if my pouch, Maggie, will tolerate it. (she told me her name already and she hasn't even been born yet!- go figure! lol.) Seems there are a lot of us going down the rabbit hole right now..
We don't get stuck in the stoma!..
Keep doing well, follow your plan and do your best!..
Good to hear from you! I am pre op and it sure makes me feel better about the adventure I am about to go on. Thanks for being the guinea pig....LOL.
So glad things are going well..
Still pre-op. My thought is that decaf would nauseate anyone. Best of luck in your journey forward...
I am right there with you bud. I am nearly 2 weeks out and have not tempted the fate of.
Or anything else. Remember that some decaf.
