My question is Where in the UK can I buy Kraft brand foods for the Medifast Diet? Looking forward for any response. Second question of mine... Medifast is a wonderful program with many different types of support and a fabulous community. We understand that everyone is an adult and this is not a "mean" group. For some of us, we thrive on this program if we have a place where we are held accountable, where we commit to the program 100% and where we have a place to chat with others who feel the same..

What we believe:.

1. Cheating on Medifast is NOT a strategy to get us out of our fat suits.

2. The only way for us to learn about our problems with food is to take the word "choice" out of the equation when it comes to Medifast. Our only "choice" is 5 packets and 1 weighed and measured lean and green a day.

3. We look to those who have been successful with this strategy to continuously remind us about why this way, for us, is the way to go.

4. We believe that, even though we are completely committed, knowing that we have a group that holds us accountable for our actions is both useful and important.

We commit to:.

1. Remove the word "choice" from our vocabularies.

2. Follow the Medifast plan as written, including transition and maintenance.

3. Tell our "inner brat" to shut the H-E-** up and quiet him or her through abstenance from off plan foods.

4. Give and receive tough love without complaining or calling each other "mean".

5. Cheerlead fellow group members as they follow the path to thinness.

6. Make Medifast the LAST diet we ever go on.

7. Check in with the group as often as our schedule reasonably allows.

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can help you..

Good morning! I was thinking I was going to start the thread and be all impressive as I'm out on my way to the airport and everybody knows it, but I missed it by 41 minutes..

Gavette, yesterday I ate all 5 of my Medifast meals starting at 3 o'clock. I had a sudden nap attack after breakfast, and it just worked out that way. I was down to a less than 2 hour interval by my last meal last night, and I sure never got hungry..

The scale has rewarded me this week. Official Saturday weigh-in results: 8.6 pounds down..

And off I go to fix my first L&G today and prepare my kitties for 4 days of fending for themselves..

Good morning TLers! Bitter cold here in the NE..

Karen, like you I have to set reminders on my computer and crackberry. Even now while in maintenance. Knowing that if I don't eat within about half an hour of a timer I'll get ravenous and start to lose control is enough to make me pay attention and get my head out of my work. Since I'm sitting all day at a computer, I also use this as a reminder to get up and move. Weekends are a lot less trouble, but work can and does suck me in at times. I've taken to keeping portable healthy snacks at my desk at all times for "just in case".

I know sometimes I have to skip my mid-morning snack, so I tend to split that between lunch and mid-afternoon...

Rachael I'm normally up around 4:00am on the weekdays and when my hubby has to work on the weekends I'm up around 6:00. It's nutty but provides me time to catch up on emails, blogs, Medifast boards, etc..

I did double up once yesterday when I realized how time had gotten away from me. My boss walked by when I was drinking the Fruit Punch and then a few minutes later and I was drinking the Peach Tea. Now I do have to add that I was drinking them out of a Smartwater bottle so his reaction was pretty funny. I had thought about just mixing them together and decided that was NOT going to taste good!..

Have so much fun on your trip Rachel!! So jealous. You are going to one of my favorite places for a fun time..

Before I started Medifast last year, I could never believe how anyone could forget to eat. I was so amazed when it started happening to me. It's so nice not to be hungry all the time, but at the same time it stinks because if you forget a meal, you often times remember at an un-opportune time and then you aren't someplace you can eat or don't have any food available, etc..

I'm pretty much on a "every 2 hours" schedule. It works well for me because I have my last meal at 6pm and then I'm in bed by 830 or 9. I need lots of sleep..

We don't have many plans this weekend, which is fantastic!! It will be the first weekend since before Thanksgiving. I love that.

I am new to your group and could use some advice... I am only in week 2 and have hit a wall for the last 4 days... I literally have not lost a single ounce! Anyone have any advice on if this is normal and/or what I can do to boost my weight loss and get it going again?..

Hi Jessica. Yes it's normal. Your body will catch up. If it bugs you that much, you might want to consider weighing once per week instead of daily. You really aren't in a stall unless you've had about 2 weeks without losing..

Just be sure to drink all of your water and watch your condiments and you'll be fine...

I'm here! I'm here! Man, I miss getting online for a couple of days and the posse is all over the landscape!.

Great job on the weight-loss, Rachel! Wow! My scale is never that kind to me. I'm hoping for a .5 loss this week. My problem - water. I just don't drink enough. I know - Off plan - let the beatings begin..

Yesterday, I made a plan and stuck with it: one bottle before my morning coffee, one bottle before lunch, one bottle before leaving school, one bottle at the gym. And then <ding, ding> one bottle for with L&G, and one bottle with pm snack! 6 bottles! Only problem - teachers don't get bathroom breaks..

I had to sneak out to the kids bathroom down the hall (eww!) numerous times and leave my kiddos on their own. Good thing I have great kids..

I thought this would be my first weekend without plans since TGiving, but alas - BIL retirement party is tonight. We're making it a quick trip up and back (2.5 hours each), just so DH & I can have some cabin/hot tub time tomorrow. I'll bring DH back to Cbus, and then head back down to the cabin Monday for some GF time! Ahhh....I love MLKJr. Day!..

What she said. Also, make sure you're wearing your Lean (AFTER cooking it) and measuring your G very carefully. We often UNDERESTIMATE what we can have and that will also slow down weight loss. Don't think eating less will help - it won't...

I have the same problem. In my case, I've got customers all over the world now, and I'm frequently in meetings back to back for many hours. I just don't remember to eat, and am so busy I don't even notice I'm hungry - until I'm starved. The starving thing is the kiss of death for me. As long as I'm eating a little something every 2-3 hours, I'm fine, but when I let myself get really hungry I get into trouble..

I do the same things - Outlook reminders and an alarm on my phone - but in my case it's about remembering to do the smart stuff, the planning stuff. I carry a laptop bag to all my meetings. If I plan ahead and throw some stuff in there, I'm fine. If I run into the office in the morning from my workout and start working without planning, I'm in trouble..

Usually it's no big deal to eat in a meeting. The customers are almost always on the phone, and the people in the room with me are people on my team. I CAN just eat a bar pretty easily, if I must, in most meetings. But I have to be prepared in advance to do that..

The bars and puffs (can't bear the pretzels) and cap/hc/chai save me, as long as I plan enough to USE them!..

Chickie - You said you couldn't imagine not remembering to eat? Well, believe me, there are downsides to that as well. I gain weight when I don't eat. That's what brought me to Medifast to start with. And it's a major contributor to why I am still on these boards. For reasons that no one, not even my Dr.s, understands, my body simply doesn't register hunger. I can go for hours without realizing I haven't eaten, usually by then, blood sugar can be dangerously low.

Not bad food, and not even too much of it, just too late. About 6 months into maintenance I had an annual appt. with my endo and my thyroid levels were WAY off because of my weight loss. The med I had been on was becoming hard to find so they switched me. Immediate weight gain.

Yes Tramp, I have an appointment on the 19th! The one thing I've learned is that I can definitely maintain!! Yes I have maintained that medication gain beautifully! Ugh! About October I started falling in to old habits again. Busy at work, busy with the upcoming holidays, run run run.... Oh yeah, I'm supposed to be eating aren't I? This team came together at the perfect time for me. I need people to kick my butt if I don't eat. I don't want to maintain THIS weight, I want to maintain my GOAL weight.

Eating 6 small, clean healthy meals a day..

Tramp - I was getting concerned when you didn't post yesterday. Thought Medifast might have pulled a Dave with you. Now GO DRINK SOME WATER!!!!.

Welcome Jessica. Don't let that scale and his evil lies play with your head. Do the plan as written and the weight will come off. What you do need to understand is that your body periodically needs time to catch up. There is usually a stall between weeks 2 and 4 for just about every one. There will possibly be more of them.

Good Morning Ladies!.

Checking in before I start my day. Not sure what my plans are yet. Like others, first weekend in a long time where I have nothing to do and it's awesome!! I might go see some movies, shop a little, just do whatever I feel like!.

Feeling great this morning. Last night I went out for drinks to celebrate my friend's birthday. And, NO, I did not have any drinks! This is usually very hard for me....I do love my wine!.

But, I just ordered some sparkling water with lime and enjoyed the great conversation and laughs! Did not even miss the alcohol!.

I've got about 20 min before I head out to the studio. I'm doing back to back classes today. But after lying around all week in Atlanta, I can't wait to MOVE..

I had all sorts of wonderful advice for the questions, but the 'wise-ones' of Medifast have chimed in and so all is good..

Said, when I get busy and forget to eat, it is the kiss of death for me, too. Staying on the same schedule that I made for myself on 5&1 has been what has saved me. It is a great way to live, eating every 2-3 hours. Not just for the weight management, but for me, it also controls my HUNGER and Cravings..

(and mommy) are doing well so far. Keep the prayers coming,'k? We have a long way to go before we can truly celebrate all of this, but we are living ONE day at a time (another great thing Medifast taught me) and today is a very good day...

Morning all and welcome Jessica!.

Jessica - One thing I always do so that the EVIL scale doesn't get me down is to take measurements. The weeks when I have had the smallest "scale" loss are often the weeks I have the best "inch" loss. Weird, I know, but like everyone here said, stay true to the plan and there is NO way you won't lose weight. That's the beauty of it - simplicity..

WARNING, OFF PLAN FOOD TO BE MENTIONED IN THIS PARAGRAPH. Met up with a friend last night who is on Weight Watchers. She was telling me how she ate this giant cupcake and just counted it as "all of her flex points". Sipped my water and wished her the best. Gawd I'm so happy not to be on WW anymore....rediculously frustrating!.

Thanks for starting the thread Karen! I agree with others that if I don't set reminders sometimes out of nowhere I get rediculously hungry. The worst for me is lunch because I soak my soup for about an hour before cooking it. So...I have to set the reminder for 11 to soak the soup to eat at noon. I've gotten busy (I am a recruiter, so my schedule is never the same) and noticed "crap! it's 11:45!" and then I inhale my soup when it's finally ready..

Rachel - Woo to the freakin hoo! You go girl!!! That is an awesome loss!!! Have fun in Vegas! (now I've got "you gotta know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em" stuck in my head).

Chickie - I am JEALOUS. We have a wedding shower AND bachelorette party tonight. Well, hubby won't be at the bachelorette party. That would be *awkward!!* Stupid bachelorette party starts at 8pm. I'm not grumbling because I'm worried about going off plan, but that is just too darned LATE for me to start an evening now. I now, I'm lame.

My group of friends has sort of created this tradition of ending all celebrations at this Korean Kareoke place, where you all get your own room. Shrug...maybe, cough cough, I'll be sick tonight? ha..

Trampy - Great job on the H20!! I hear ya on the bathroom though - I've been joking that it's my second home lately. I've found that my body gets used to it after awhile, or at least it has in the past..

Sea - Awesome loss and congrats on staying OP when out for drinks. That's what I thought would be toughest for me too, but isn't it suprising? The ONLY time it's hard is when they get their first drink and I feel "awkward" ordering water (like your sparkling idea. I only put lemon in my water when I go's all about making it special). But that's about me and my issues about being "different". That's part of why I love this group...isn't it fun to think in the back of your mind "I can't wait to tell the group about how I did?". That really helps me....knowing that, even though I'm out in the "big scary world" there are a bunch of amazing cheerleaders who will tell me tomorrow how awesome I am when I stick to my plan today..

Trampy, it's good to see you! I was hoping you'd pop in today!.

Jessica, my first thought would be to not weigh every day. SO many things can affect our weight - pick a day and a time and stick to it, wearing the same thing if possible (as little as you can get away with!) for consistency. I'm askeered of the scale so it's not a temptation for me to weigh more than once a week. Besides, on MF, I like to see the bigger numbers I wouldn't see if I weighed more often. Drink your water, watch your sodium, and remember, unless you're empty, you're also weighing what you've had to eat and drink. I weigh myself on Monday mornings, as soon as I get up, after I pee, undies and pad of paper, and a pencil are the only other things on the scale with me.

But it's consistent, so it's okay. Now, I may go sharpen my pencil to get a better number, but....

Today is our eye exam. Yay. Maybe I won't have to magnify my screen to 125% anymore..

I broke out the tea ball this morning and am enjoying some hot brewed tea this morning instead of the Starbucks I brewed for hubby this morning. I'll have the coffee later in my cappy and possibly mixed with a pudding. Hubby said I should go buy some good tea at Teavana in the mall... he obviously hasn't priced that stuff! It's cray cray expensive!..

Good Morning Karen,.

One thing I do is try to eat at set times, or close to it. I eat at 6am, 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, and 9pm. It's easy for me to remember this way. Usually on the weekends when I sleep a bit later, I do get messed up a little but do manage to get them in...

Em - I have the same problem tonight. Retirement party and the drive back will keep me up til midnight! WTH? I need to be in bed by 9:00 or I'm ready to eat the remote control. I didn't eat breakfast til 10:00, so I'm hoping that I can push back all my meals enough to sneak a bar on the drive home and survive this day. At least the party is having grilled chicken and a salad bar! YEAH! Taking my WF dressing, so no problems, there. It's a cash bar & I'm cheap - not even tempting! LOL.

De - 1.5 bottles in. I'll finish the second on the way to Trader Joes. Thanks for reminding me about the Chili burgers! TJ is not handy to get to, so I really have to think about needing something from there. DH wants some buffalo burgers, too..

Jess - One thing we have to remind ourselves is it's not all about the numbers on the scale. If you are truly 100% OP, the scale is an evil thing at times and misrepresents what is actually happening. Even though you may not be losing numbers on the scale, you fairly well may be losing inches. Just hang in there. If you stay OP, the scale will eventually catch up...

I ate on the same schedule most of the time evey while I wasn't on 5+1. 7, 10, 12:30, 3,6, and 8:30 works great for me. I forget occasionally. But it's the worst when we're out and I'm past my "feeding time." It reminds me of when I first started Medifast in May of 2009 and we went out to get a couple of things at the supermarket. I was about 45 minutes from my next meal, so I thought I was safe. Well, we ended up at a Walmart SuperCenter and my husband and daughter decided they wanted to look at EVERYTHING (it was a Saturday I think).

I don't turn green or anything..

That's the closest thing you'll get to chopped tofu from me this morning. Gotta get some more of this strong tea into me. Boogers & sharts!..

Penny - you're "exorcist" comment reminds me of a time I had the same problem, sort of. We had friends over and were trying to find an appropriate delivery place for my lean and green and NOBODY could agree on what food they wanted. Ugg. Finally we settled on sushi (I'm a huge sashimi fan, too), but it didn't get to our house until, like, 10:30. I was a royal beyotch that night AND was up on the scale b/c of the sodium! ha...

2nd week weigh day and lost 2.2 lbs. Better than a stick in the eye! Also fell back into onederland..

Gonna do some motivational work today. Bought a bunch of storage containers and organizing all my various stages of skinny clothes.... and getting prepared for the excitement of getting back into them!! Hey kill two birds with one stone... organize the closet from hell and motivate myself.

Love 3 day weekends.... especially when nothing is planned!! Whoop whoop!! It's all about me weekend!! Even the DH is going to a buddy's house to watch football...

Em, my scale is a glass WW scale by ConAir. It's a couple of years old, but still pretty accurate. It tracks weight, body fat in pounds, water in pounds, water in percentage, bone mass, and BMI. I can program it to do this for up to 5 people. I have to enter my gender, age and height for the most accurate reads. It uses bioelectrical impedance, which is not terribly exact, but it's the gauge I use consistently, so even if it's not exact, it's still measurable...

Morning Penny. I used to have one of those scales with all the bells and whistles, but it quit on me after about 2 years. I decided to just stick with a good ole digital scale that measures in .2 increments. I really don't care about the other stuff. It is what it is..

Today is going to be my first day back to the world of exercise. I've been having some problems with the ankle I had surgery on last year, which concerns me, but I need to move. I spend so much time sitting at work, then coming home exhausted. I just need to move. So, on with the braces and planning on lots of walking and maybe a little abs yoga tonight...

De, mine measures in .1 increments, but last time, I TENTH OF A POUNDED myself to death! I almost want just a regular dial scale sometimes. If it drives me nuts this time, that's what I'll do..

I also take my measurements each week with my weight. Forgot to mention that. I may begin doing that just once a month eventually. At first, it's nice to see those numbers fall, too!..

Hi everyone! I'm on my day 16 and have been enjoying (pfft!) the dreaded stall..

From experience I know 'this too shall pass'. Also feeling pretty, um....uncomfortable, so took some Costco Fiber Tabs to encourage that uncomfortable feeling to....well, er.....umm......pass....

Okay, too many smilies so it is a good day for me to turn off the computer and get myself drinking water and moving the day along (no pun intended)..

Good morning,,,,er,,,,afternoon! Saturday is my lazing around, sleep in, have my coffee & capp in bed day so by the time I caught up on yesterday's evening posts, peeked in on the thread-about-a-thread thread (TAATT?), it's practically time for lunch!!.

Menu? They have a 'Smart Choices' menu that you can ask's not listed on their menu anywhere, but it is on their website. Some of the things on there gave me a laugh, but overall, very OP friendly! I always bring my own copy with me - you have to ask for it and some of the servers are clueless. I'll upload it..

Who said they like to paint? Come on over!! Time to paint upstairs. We painted downstairs this spring, so maybe this weekend, I'll get some of the pictures hung back on the wall. We painted upstairs in 2006 and there's STILL nothing hung upstairs and it's in need of repainting. 'Course, that was part of a HUGE remodel and I'm just overwhelmed/immoblized by the new space, plus I'm wanting to change the color scheme. Talk about indecisive..

Time to go get out of my jammies, off the computer and get my day started for real...

I have the same issues as Tramp with the water. I am also a teacher and I also have literally a half an hour to myself to eat lunch all day... and that is after 4 hours straight of teaching..

I am thinking that the water is proably at the core of my issue. I am going to make sure I get it all in over the next three days (gotta love long weekends!) and see what happens...

A little birdie told me I could find some of my "old" Roguies round these parts! I see y'all still scare off all the men.

Tramp, a good tip I learned from another HC in re water; treat it like medicine. Twice a day, usually 1st thing in the AM and sometime in the afternoon, fill a quart container, stand over the sink & chug it down as fast as you can (it's OK if you slop & drool some of it, that's why you are over the sink) With this you'll get most of the bare-minimum out of the way, then do the best you can the rest of the day drinking water..

There is a boy's room right across the hall from my classroom and I have no qualms about sneaking out of class to pee. I teach 11 & 12th graders, if I can't leave them for 2 minutes every now & then.....

You also mentioned "wearing your lean" would that be like GaGa' meat dress?.

Emily, I think the most over-heard phrase this New Year's has been, "I'm back on Weight Watchers....AGIAN!".

Hi to all the TLers I haven't met yet. I'm John. I started the TSFL program July 25, 2009 at 288 lbs. Reached my original goal of 215 by Halloween. Lowered my goal to 210 to reach a <25 BMI and reached that about a week later. Started Transition on November 11, 2009 & lost about another 5 during transition.

210 is my "hard ceiling" and have been pretty successful with my maintenance keeping my weight closer to 205 than to 210. But as soon as I start to regularly register at 209 or higher, it's time for a quick 5&1 blitz..

I did that last August for 10 days to go from 211 back down to 204 and today I am starting my second 5&1 blitz for a week as I've been weighing in at 209-212 since the 1st of the year.

As far as what my maintenance program is, it looks a lot like week 4 of transition with 3 or 4 additional fruit servings. It works out to approx a 3.5 & 2.5 or 2.5 & 3.5.

A typical day would be.

Breakfast Medifast oatmeal, eggs or pancakes plus a cup of this organic pumpkin & flax seed granola I get at Sam's Club, love the stuff lol.

Mid morning- fruit & an Medifast Crunch bar.

Lunch: 1/2 a whole-grain wrap (FF mayo & cheese with 4oz of low-sodium turkey or ham).

Afternoon: Fruit and either a Medifast meal (shake or pretzels) or some FF greek yogurt..

Dinner: a L&G.

Evening- Medifast pudding, brownie, or hot coco.

My philosophy has been that there really isn't anything that is off limits, but that at least 95% of the time I choose to NOT have those things I shouldn't.

You're lucky. You don't have to sit on the sticky toilet seats at school. Thank about it..

My schedule is working so far (2 days). I know once I develop the habit, that it'll be fine. I hate tap water and have no fridge within walking distance to keep water cold. Well, silly me. I just realized I have an external door right beside my classroom. So, thank you winter, I have nice, cold water whenever I want it! As long as a passer-by doesn't take it - or spike it.

Wow De! I remember you saying you had a problem with not eating. I'm so happy you found Medifast and it's structure and I hope we can give you the support you need. I'm really glad this team came together too. We needed each other.

MaryGrace- Thats great! Temple is a good school! Its only a couple hours from here. I had a student recently transfer there and then back because it cost too much. I was there a few months ago for a conference. They have nice facilities! What is her area? Is she an undergrad? or Grad? it's great that you are supporting her studies. I know my parents where pretty anti my art education!.

Marilees, DD2 is an undergrad sophomore. She's a BA Art student no real fine arts concentration so far. She found out that she really loves art history, so she'll minor in it. The new Tyler building is really awesome. Her first choice school was NYU, but she wasn't accepted there. Actually I think that she is better off at TU it fits her personality better methinks.

OK, technically, so do I. But 10 minutes of it is spent walking my class to the lunchroom (1/8 mile), getting them settled, and walking back to my classroom (1/8 mile). So about 20 - on a good day. Good thing I have shakes.....

On eating every 2 to 3 hours.....I've got Medifast food and some low calorie, high protein snacks stashed everywhere, in my closet at school, in my car, in my work bag, in the top compartment of my lunch bag. Even in maintenance, I still rely on anywhere from 1 to 3 Medifast meals a day, depending on how busy I am. The busier, the more I tend to eat. The protein helps me between the big meals. I am another one who goes off the deep end if I get really hungry. I am also fanatic about drinking water, which helps as well...

Em.....I agree. WW didn't do it for me. I can't have choices. I would have done the same thing with all my flex points. Then I would have found a few more flex points from tomorrow and had those....and then tomorrow I would have had the next days.....and well you all know how that works. And the reality was, tomorrow.....the day for being good...never came.

I wonder why it was that I couldn't stay 100% on any plan until MF? Hmmmm.........

I was up at 6 am this morning and thought about starting the thread, but after all this time on Medifast and the boards, would you believe I've never started a thread. Not sure how to do it. We made it safe to Vegas and our courtesy-of-my-dad resort hotel is SWANKY. I just got caught up on this and the new De thread, now we're off to Harrah's. The only hurdle today is gaining 2 hours. I may need to stretch my meal intervals a little, otherwise I'll be out of food at 8..

Penny, I think I may need to check out a new scale. Mine measures in no tenths. So for me to register a loss, it had to be a real pound. Fortunately for me, I lost a pound every week I was on 5+1 or I think I would have pitched the old scale out the window. I remember doing WW and thinking that .2 was a great week. This is probably a good time for me to confess that I hate my scale.

Even at my goal weight, it is still traumatic for me to step on that thing once a week. It was such a horrible thing for 30 years of my life. I still have deep scars from that thing...

Chickie I to need lots of sleep. When I started Medifast I was sleeping like 12hrs. Now on my 5th day it's back to 9 or 10hrs..

Karen what chicken was De talking about? I love me some Trader Joe's.

Emily I to have to go out today. We are going to a show to support our local dog park and our friends band is playing. My problem is there is a bar right next door to where we'll be and since it starts late 8-9ish people will be going to it after the show. At the ripe old age of 24 I'm not a huge fan of being out until 2-3am *sigh*. Oh well the show should be good and it's for the doggies..

Jessica, I am also a teacher, who runs to the bathroom between every two classes. I also eat a bar between 3rd and 4th period as I stand in the hall while classes pass. Gotta run to the bathroom between 2nd and 3rd. I eat a late lunch, which makes eating every 2 to 3 hours hard. So I eat in the hall. If anyone complains, I'm just going to remind them that I need to eat every 2 to 3 hours so I don't regain the weight I lost.

I don't think they will say a word. There isn't another person at work that has maintained the weight loss from last year's biggest loser club. And I wasn't even in the club!..

I step out for a few hourS and look who the cat dragged in! Nice to see you, Coach!.

The eye exam held a few surprises... I figured I'd prolly need a slightly stronger Rx and I'd just have them pop some new lenses into my old frames. Uh, no. Rx has changed a lot and now I need distance and up close. So I'm getting no-line progressive bifocals. I couldn't believe the difference and what I wasn't seeing.

I have astigmatism in my left eye, but I'd still be a candidate for contacts. Eventually I may think about that, but right now it skeeves me to touch my eyeball...

I am excited that I am losing again. Thrilled, actually..

I am finding it's a little bitter/sweet though. The fact that I already lost these pounds 6 months ago and now I'm losing them again is kind of annoying me. It's my own fault obviously, but it really just makes me mad at myself..

I'm not getting down about it or anything. I'm just trying hard to remember this feeling, so maybe I can reflect on that next time I decide to go off plan for 4 months...

We just got the Wii Fit and I really like it. It's great that you can exercise without even realizing it because it's so much fun..

My Wii age is 49 and I'm only 40. That's a little disheartening. I definitely have a goal of bringing that way down..

My DH, who is very thin and fit, has a Wii age of 42. His actual age is 52 though. Crazy, that I'm 12 younger than him, but fitness wise I'm several years older..

I plan on changing that...

I had my L&G today for lunch. I was starving when we left the eye doctor's. Emma wanted to go to a great BBQ place next door, but it's a little expensive, considering I'd just dropped more than I'd planned on my stewpid vision. So there's yet another Sushi/Chinese/American buffet-style place up the road from there. It was okay, but no sashimi. Which tells me the tuna and the salmon in their rolls must be from a can.

But I was able to make some great, OP choices: hot tea, steamed baby bok choy, grilled squid, roasted turkey breast, peel & eat shrimp, and a few green and red peppers..

Then I stopped at Fresh Market and got three varieties of loose tea. I'm on a tea kick....

Gotta go get the little one out of the tub.....

OMG I'm kinda freaking out. Instead of just going to this benifit show at 8pm and being home buy midnight we're going to visit with some friends afterwards at their house where I know I won't be able to sleep until like 2-4am My last Medifast meal is at midnight and I'm a b*tch when I'm hungry plus we'll be crashing on couches... uncomfortable couches and be stuck there the following morning until 11ish*sigh*. If I could cancel I sooo would but I can't since the friends we're visiting agreed to allow me to throw a suprise bday party for the man next month ticking them off by flaking now would not be good. Ok done venting gonna make some portable Medifast meals to bring to the show and the Tylenol PMs so I'll pass out where ever I am lol. Plus a couple Medifast meals for tomorrow since we'll be at there house for part of the morning.

Oh and while they're boozing it up I'm going to be pounding the H2O. Ok just had to vent. Tommorow I'm going to be so fing proud of myself for making it through this.

Feel better Audrey? hehe. Just make sure you go prepared and guzzle water. A diet soda will help curb the hungries late at night as well. You WILL be very proud of yourself tomorrow when you come back here to brag about how well you did!. TL mojo going with you..

Hey all. Its a bit late to check in for the day I know, but hey, at least I am checking in. I went shopping today and some how managed to get my azz into a pair of size 10s!!!! I do not know why. I should be at 14 now. But no these where too big and the next size they had was 10! So, I went for it and they fit!!! Must just be the pants I guess. THey are them jeggings and they are indeed stretchy but I do not think they are too small at all! ANyway, I was very happy about it! What a nsv!! I also lost 1.8 more lbs! I was happy to see that number on the scale since it has been standing still for awhile now.

But today we made up! We will see how long that lasts. I would really love to throw it away!.

I went out to dinner tonight at a brewery. I had a steak salad. I need to eat a bit more because it wasnt really a full l and g. I did really good though. All of the people I went with had tempting foods, but I ate my little salad and listened to the live blues music and tried not to think about the homemade pretzels that were all over the place!!! And you know what? I think I looked sorta hot in my new size 10 pants and new L sweater and sexy boots!!! It was well worth passing on the pretzel and beers!!!..

I'm kicking around the idea of surprising my family with a cruise for my 5th anniversary in September. I've learned to plant my own garden rather than wait for someone to give me flowers, so... we were married on a cruise ship and the same ship is sailing the week of our 5th anniversary. How awesome would that be?! Especially if we could renew our vows in the same chapel. I have a travel agent friend looking into the particulars for me...

You know what makes me mad? I was losing away, changed my goal, hit my goal, and then didn't engage my IQ points and realize that I really wanted to be a little lighter. I was in the groove, it was going great, it was easy, I didn't have to even think about it. But man, getting BACK in the groove more than a year later is hard..

It would have been so easy to just do this and get it over with back then. My Rogue buddies warned me I might be sorry I settled for a higher goal weight, but I was impatient..

Sheesh, why do we have to learn EVERYTHING the hard way, huh?..

Okay, so I caught up. It is hard on this thread. THere are so many posts, by the time I read them all I forget what I wanted to say to individuals!! WaWA!!!.

Anyway, Penny- I am a big tea freak. I have been doing a lot of Matcha green tea. It has insane health benefits and is equal to 10 cuts of regular green tea!!! Do Matcha is a good one, I get second harvest because first is too expensive. Well, this one is pretty bad too but it's health benefits have made me believe it's worth it. It is suppose to also boost the metabolism way up too..

As far as the single digit pants go, I think I will be awhile before I am there. I think the 10s were a fluke today. My other pants are 14s and they still fit..
