My question is Where to find Medifast recipes and meal plans expressed in grams or ounces? Many thanks for any answer. My 2nd question... I had the gbs on sept 29th and I have only lost 25lbs. I,m trying to stay positive. I realize that I didn,t put it on fast and i,m trying to be.


And positive. I seems like everybody is losing but me. I don,t know what am I doing thats wrong...

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I got an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could help you..

You've lost 25 lbs. in just over a month. That is plenty fast losing. I've lost about 85 since I had it on 5/21/10. You are doing great!.

Don't be troubled by what the scale WILL lose. Very soon, people will be telling you, your clothes are gonna be.


On you and sometimes that all happens WITHOUT the scale moving..

They say if the scale stays still, then inches are falling. I'd measure yourself around neck, arms, chest, stomach, thighs, etc...and see for yourself..

As long as your following your Dr.'s orders, eating little, getting in will lose..

Some people sabotage themselves by eating all they aren't supposed to be. I know a lady within 2 weeks of.


Was eating pasta, hot dogs, sandwiches and cake...YUP!!! Then tried to say that her Dr. told her if she could tolerate it, eat it....Well, funny thing is, she went to the same office I did, and I had a strict diet. Cake out of the question, pasta not till 6 months, sandwiches.


, hot dogs 3 months without bun and beef or turkey recommended, etc. Needless to say, she's not losing very good at all..

You'll be fine, don't panic and enjoy your journey to the new you!!!..

Was the 25th of October and I lost 25 pounds in 4 days and then haven't seen a change since. I finally decided to listen to my doc. (duh!) and not get on the scale unless I am asked to. It's too much to dwell on what I am or am not losing...

You will have good months and bad months.. your body has a mind of it's own. I learned from others here that every one is an individual and so is their weight loss. Do Not compare yourself to others.. you will get depressed. We are all different.

I beat myself up emotionally because I didn't think I was doing things right since it wasn't falling off of me like it was for others. You are doing great, Keep it up.. and try your best not to compare yourself to someone else...

I think a 25 pound loss is great! Stay on track, follow your doctor's program and the weight will come off. Take one day at a time. Perhaps weigh yourself only once a week. You will continue to.

Lose weight.

And you will feel your health improving..
