That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I discover an good answer. You should email the people at iPage as they probably could give you help..
Max results is set to 20. The page shows 4 orders when there should be 5, and says page 1 of 1..
Thanks for the quick reply. I'll be keeping an eye on this post in case anyone asks for more information..
What is the status of the 5th order? Is it possible you are filtering on an order status, such as pending?.
Make sure you have it set to see all orders..
It's set to show all orders. I'm pretty sure this is a code problem...
Did you add any contributions? I don't believe it's a code problem with osc, but if you added something, then there might be an error in the integration..
Does it always show one order short, or is it only that 5th order? What's different about that order?.
Oh, it's quite heavily modified. I'm sure it's a bug introduced by installing a contribution..
I've just played some more. I deleted all the orders in the system (emptied all orders_ tables except orders_status) and then made 2 new orders. They don't appear on the page at all. No orders display now..
This really is odd...
Hey Arta, I'm a similar problem. When you view a order, it only list the first thing purchased, even though they may have bought 10 things. Can't figure it out. I have installed paypal_IPN, htmlarea 3.0, Qtpro. I suppose somewhere along the way one of these have things confused...
Found the solution for this:.
The problem was the order of modules in the order totals section. Someone had given tax a higher dispay order than total, which apparently prevented total from working. The total was never added to the orders_total table, which meant the SQL query on the orders page returned no results (it uses a left join on the totals table). Correcting the display order fixed the problem for orders made from now, but not for orders made while the settings were wrong..
It seems to me like it would be a good idea to add some sanity checking to make sure that the Total module is last in the order...
Hi. I've been banging away at this for a while, and my client and I are completely mystified:.
The administration page only shows the first 4 orders made with the system. If you complete 5 orders, only 4 will display in the orders list. If you delete one of those orders, only 3 will display. It's possible to get the other orders by typing an ID into the box on the top right, but when we do that, the order total doesn't display. (this may be unrelated. it does display withthe first 4 orders).
I find this problem completely weird and am at a bit of a loss as to a solution. The cart has quite a few contributions installed so it's entirely possible that a mistake was made installing one, causing this bug. Any help would be greatly appreciated - I'm at a bit of a loss..
Forgot to mention: version is 2.2 ms2..

Look in Configuration/Max Values for search results..
Is that set to 4?.
When you look at your orders, there should be a "page # of #" and next page link if there are more orders than the max search results...
