Good question... I dunno what is the right answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I discover an decent answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably can help you..
The race went very well, I ran a 24:10, just missing the 23:59 fantasy. But considering the 1/2 mile long finishing hill I'm very pleased. My time put me at a 7:46 per mile pace, which is also a PR. I came in 6th place in my age group again, I'll have to check the results page to see if it's the same 5 guys beating me each time, but I was only 8 seconds behind 5th this time. I'm definitely getting better at this, and starting to think that half marathons are in my future... Went straight to the gym to do all of my upper body and ab work afterwords, and now plan to do do a 2.5 mile walk with the wife..
I'm sure loving my new life, thank you NS! At my 240lb weight of 6 months ago I'd have struggled to even walk a 5k, and go to a gym, never! I'd set 14 gym trips as part of my February goal, I've already been 12 times this month. I'm definitely starting to see some real improvement in muscle tone, and adding a bit of bulk. So I'll say it again, I owe it all to to choosing and fully committing to the Nutrisystem system, and then following through with loads of exercise!!!!..
Grats man. These are the stories that make it easy to stay on track...
Ugh .... I showed my wife this post and now she wants me to run with her in her next 5K!?? Thanks?..
Weigh to go Rads!! I am just hoping to get under 34 when I run on March 7th. Keep up all the good work...
I do not mean to highjack the thread but who is that skinny guy in Blackbird's avatar?????..
