Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the right answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I bump into an good answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could assist you..
LOL Poly! We'll see about that.
Unlike the Hoff however, I absolutely refuse to pose in a speedo or wear any pink or florescent colors..
I also refuse to pose naked in a reclining position with a pair of shar pei puppies covering my privates..
I may entertain posing naked in a reclining position with a pair of (fill in the blank) covering my privates..
Let's have another challenge with puppie-covered privates as the punishment!..
That would be GREAT!! I'd be in, depending on the nature of the challenge..
Damn dude...what heck is that 184! You are an animal!..
I dunno, man. Lost 9 lbs in the past week. AFTER losing 6 the week before. It's totally off-the-chart nuts. 15 in 2 weeks was better than even my start month. I've ruled out scale error.
Fought off a really nasty MRSA infection, and ate on or a bit under-plan for the past 2 weeks. Not too hungry..
It put me in the Century Club!! It's also a personal goal I had for myself for "sometime next year". Really snuck up on me, but I'll TAKE it!!.
I don't think that going to the gym limits weight loss, but too peaceful to debate....
Good job, man...
No debate, never claimed it did..
Not really a "good job", other than staying on plan, which does not compute to the loss. Only that the MRSA and lackagym were the only significant variables in my routine. Really don't know what to blame, but I do believe it involved some muscle loss, which I'm fine with at this time. Don't need 'em till beach season and I know where to get 'em..
Congrats Gordo. I believe any change in the routine can lead to jumps in weight loss. For example I recently dropped the extra carbs and fruits for the 100+ to lose plan and my weekly weight loss doubled from 2 lbs a week to 4..
Im not suggesting people not exercise or change a diet that's working but breaking the routine seems to pay off at times..
As for thanksgiving the first 2 hours went well. Ate normal food in small portions. A little turkey, some veggies and avoided the carbs and the sweet stuff. The last 3 hours of the night the bread table of got the best of me. Back on plan tomorrow...
Heck...go hit the gym and get the muscle back. The point is to cut fat, Gordon!.
Did you see a big dropoff in your strength?..
Hard to tell when I'm not lifting..
One thing I've really learned on this journey is our ability to.
Our desired body at will. For the winter, I'm looking to lose muscle bulk and go for the whipcord look that any real working man and most runners have. You know, the kind of guy who can work circles around a muscle guy. Just for the experience. I also have the belief that that is probably healthier than carrying uneeded muscle bulk, but certainly agree the major target is to lose fat..
I do know that I can regain the muscle with just a couple weeks of concentrated lifting. That part comes easier for me than the endurance part and is more fun. I honestly enjoy using myself as a lab rat to see what affects what and how it works for me..
Hey Poly! Great new avatar! We finally see the REAL Apolyton! Looking slim and trim, Man..
Just copying you. And if you could show me how to do those side by side thingies.....
?? If I can, but don't know whatcha talking about, Poly..
