I have no problems with these setting in oscommerce - admin - configuration - email options..
E-Mail Transport Method sendmail.
E-Mail Linefeeds LF.
Use MIME HTML When Sending Emails false.
Verify E-Mail Addresses Through DNS false.
Send E-Mails true.

A useful reply would really depend upon whether you're stuck on getting smtp to work, or whether you're prepared at least to try other options. Oh, by the way, I'm quite experienced at using osCommerce, and I've never yet managed to get the STS working properly. The Simple Template System is, in my opinion, anything but 'Simple', and should only be attempted if you're an experienced php geek, otherwise leave it well alone. Talk to your ISP tell them to check the logs, they will tell you whats wrong......
Hi I am using iis 6 on my server...(hosting company).
My email doesnt work at all. I have posted several post for 2 weeks, no help yet. I got one email on yahoo from contact us page after 2 days when I tested a mail..

I'm assuming it sends emails to other accounts, but some are blocked. If so, you need to work with your host, chances are, somebody in your IP address class was listed as spamming, and they blocked you..
Your host can clear this up..
On the other hand, if no emails are being sent at all, then you need to check the type of email server you are using and work with your host to set this up correctly in admin..
