I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I bump into an useful answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you help..

Lean on them for your needs. Honestly the first week is tough, but it passes and you will be really happy that you have done this. That is a little hard to imagine in the beginning. At least that is how it was for me..

You'll do great. I had mine on Oct 27, 2010. so almost a week ago. I was beyond nervous. Put it in god's hands and do everything they tell you. You'll be fine..
