That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I bump into an answer. You should email the people at iPage as they probably know..

Thank you for quick reply, but this did not work, this file is fine, it is exactly the way you have written...

Any other suggestions?.

I was thinking, why don't I just delete all the filese related to manufacturer info box and then add the files back in by downloading from os-commerce contribution site?.

What do you think?..

False.

Boxes are included in oscommerce bu placing an include link in the col left file or col right file..

Plus by checkingthat a code for boxes is there in includes/boxes folder..

Satish..

When you want to "remove" code that does something it's always best to leave it there, but render it ineffective. That way if you wish to reactivate it at a later date the code is still there..

In programmers terms it's called "commenting out" the code..

For instance this block of code in question:.

If ((USE_CACHE == 'true') && empty($SID)) {.

Echo tep_cache_manufacturers_box();.

} else {.

Include(DIR_WS_BOXES'manufacturers.php');.

}.

Two ways to render it ineffective but leave the code intact:.

/*.

If ((USE_CACHE == 'true') && empty($SID)) {.

Echo tep_cache_manufacturers_box();.

} else {.

Include(DIR_WS_BOXES'manufacturers.php');.

}.

*/.

Or.

// if ((USE_CACHE == 'true') && empty($SID)) {.

// echo tep_cache_manufacturers_box();.

// } else {.

// include(DIR_WS_BOXES'manufacturers.php');.

// }.

I usually use the // method for one or maybe two lines of code, and the /* */ method for longer blocks of code, but either works...
