Got a question, hope someone can answer... Why won't iPage let me list my website except at yahooligans I'm 42 years old? Thanks in advance for any response. My 2nd question... Hi All - I've installed the latest Oscommerce packge and suprised that I have managed to get this far..

Can someone please recoommed what is the best way to change the standard shipping/postal options..

All I require for my customers is 4 options:.

1. 1st Class.

2nd Class.

1st Class recorded.

Special Delivery.

Do I need to find an 'add on' to do this or is there another way to change the standard template?.

Thanks in advance...

I use 4473 - it didn't take an hour to install. More like 5 minutes (and that was due to updating the postal rates), you only have to edit a single file as well..

If you want help with something, it might help if you give some additional information about the exact error you are getting! You've just said it doesn't work. That isn't helpful..

For example, can you see the shipping modules in the admin section? Can you enable/disable them? Sometimes it helps if you say what is working and then tell us where it stops working...

Sorry -i should have given more information - I tryed to install the Uk options only 'Royal Mail' followed the instructions and made the changes. I could see all the shipping modules in the admin section but could not see the enable / disable buttons. I've installed a different contribution where no changes to any files were required can't remember the ref. no but the folder names was (uk complete royal mail postal prices _1). It seem to have installed fine and I can see the enable /disable buttons, but I still need to test it (fingers crossed)...

Any probs, drop us a line, I made the above 4473 contrib, a bit out dated on prices, but the functionality is still there...

Thanks for the offer - I attempted to re-install your contribution (4473) this time with success. I took me 10 mins, alot better then the one hour it took me the last time. Now I need to sort out the payment options eg paypal etc...

Congratulations! next time you should achieve the 2 mins goal which I set. Believe me osc has made installing either the shipping or payment modules as easy as drag&drop. the only problem for those who have less experience is that how to choose one that works for your site, especially when it comes to payment modules. youve been warned!.

Good luck!.

You have two options:.

1. write your own shipping module;.

2. look at the contribution section for one..

If you go for 2, then read the instruction carefully, and it can be installed in 2 minutes each..
