This is easily fixed by clicking on the 'Caps Lock' key on your keyboard...

Now that I climbed back in to my chair, typing in all caps is poor edicate and basicaly equates to you yelling at someone..

A for the information, there is no way to access this information other then using phpMyAdmin and looking at the database I beleive. Then again I am sure I have seen this question before so search might be your best friend..

I think you need to empty your visitor table in the database..
WHEN I LOG ONTO MY iPage website THERE IS A SPACE IN THE RIGHT HAND CORNER THAT READS THERE HAVE BEEN 280 REQUESTS MADE WHAT DOES THIS MEAN AND I DO I ACESS THIS INFO..
This info is in the breadcrumb in the includes/footer.php file.
I think it is how many times the page has been called from the server...
