Eys they only give you so much "webspace/bandwith" you've used more and they shut you down~..
Might be worth looking to change completely - if your iPage site is new chances are it's just you looking at it whilst you build your store / iPage website - just think how quickly you will eat up bandwidth once you start getting visitors through...........not to mention the search engine spiders!..
Unless you are on a host with a very small bandwidth limit, your getting this before opening you store indicates you have something very wrong. I suggest examining your server logs to see what is eating all the bandwidth...
