Men don't lose if they cheat. Any man who just runs the program 100%, will have rock star losses that most women would kill for. Simple..

Anyone not getting that...I put money on them cheating. Try a monht of 100% and that man will have a great drop. It's when they get into the occasional binges that kills them...

Add on top of that, in general, men burn more calories in a day so the calorie deficit is easier to attain. The big issue is men and there BIG greasy fried foods. When you eat 2000 at one meal, you are going to have a big problem..

Guys, the other thing I noticed being on maintanance (Poly you can attest to this) is there is a calorie range (equilibrium) you body will take and you will not gain and you will not lose. for me it was 1600-2200 calories. One day I would lose, one day I would gain. Same calorie count. It goes back to your body naturally adjusting and "trying" to maintain your weight. We got fat because we blew right past the equilibrium to feeding at the trough! Can I get an Amen from the crowd!..

Interesting. I just went there and it shows I've clicked 31 times... I think I've only read Daily Dose like 3 or 4 times, so apparently other things count towards this too?..
